Once your new telephone system has been installed it is vital that the correct training, support and maintenance of that system is provided. Phonelink maintenance focuses on exactly that, with fully trained telephony engineers we can install and maintain your telephone system to give you peace of mind that your means of communication with your customer and prospects wont let you down.

Phonelink maintenance is based around a customer care programme which is tailored to suit your individual business needs. Customers can choose their maintenance contracts depending on the level of care each individual business requires; if required, maintenance cover is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Maintenance Contracts can be taken out on systems we have installed but also on previously installed systems (subject to Maintenance Acceptance Check).

The 3 different levels of care are Standard Care, Extra Care and Total Care.

  • Standard Care: Monday–Friday (9am-5pm)
  • Extra Care: Monday–Saturday (9am-5pm)
